Books Library

A Library is a source of collecting information. It provides a physical access to books to gain the knowledge. A library collection has books, newspaper, maps, films, print, documents, eBooks, and other formats. A library is organized for public use and also maintained by public. it is also organized for issuing books to those peoples or students who cannot afford the books like in school, colleges, universities they issue books to their students according to requirement so they can gain the knowledge. Usually library provide quite areas for study. They also provide internet facilities to their student.

1- ACADEMIC LIBRARY.

             The libraries which are located in colleges and universities campuses which serve the students and faculty members. Its main function is to provide support in research for students. they provide course related resources for example copies, textbooks, etc.

2- CHILDREN'S LIBRARY.

                     These libraries have special collections of books for young readers. usually they are kept in separate rooms. some of libraries have entire floors dedicated to them. they have sessions for infants, preschool children and after-school programs this just because of to build an intention of developing early literacy skills and love of books.

3- NATIONAL LIBRARIES.

                  The library that server’s repository of information and rights of legal deposit because this is legal requirement that every publisher in the country must deposit a copy of each publication with the library. These libraries have numerous rare, valuable collections which are hardly available at any other libraries.

    Beside this on the other hand there are largest the libraries in the world which provide variety of books to their users. some of largest libraries are as follows

1- BRITISH LIBRARY is largest library in the world located in London, United Kingdom and have 150 to 200 million of items (books). Resources are said that every year 1.75 million peoples visits this library.

2- LIBRARY OF CONGRESS is the second largest library in the world it is located in Washington D.C, USA and have 164 million of items (books). Resources are said that Every year 1.8 million visitors visit this library.
